Dispatch
We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, are dispatched on the following Monday.
You will get an email when your order has been posted, with a tracking number and a link to follow it.
Delivery costs
- UK delivery: £3.50 per order.
- Free UK delivery on orders of £35.00 or more, worked out on what you pay after any discount code.
The delivery charge is shown in your basket and again on the Stripe payment page before you pay.
Subscriptions
Subscription boxes are charged the same delivery rate each month - free once the box is worth £35.00 or more, otherwise £3.50, added to the monthly payment.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. The checkout will not accept a delivery address outside the UK. If you would like coffee sent abroad, email us and we will see what we can do.
Delivery times
How long a parcel takes depends on the service it is sent with; the tracking link in your dispatch email shows its progress and expected delivery. We cannot guarantee a delivery date. If your parcel is late or seems to be lost, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us straight away and we will sort it out. Our Refund Policy explains what happens next.
