Nossa Senora De Fatima
yellow fruits, caramel, milk chocolate, velvety and creamy mouthfeel
Established by the Muniz family in 1942, Fazenda Nossa Senhora de Fátima sits at 950–1,150 metres in a mountainous region with a microclimate suited to Arabica coffee. Its team hand-picks ripe cherries from varieties including Mundo Novo, Catuaí, Catucaí, Rubi, Icatu and Yellow Bourbon, then uses several processing methods to develop coffees with citrus and fruit notes, a rich body, and balanced sweetness and acidity. The farm also invests in staff training and wellbeing, supports local charities, and teaches students about sustainability. Its conservation work has restored 21 water springs, and biodiverse forest now covers more than 30% of the farm.
